Pharmacy Services

Fellowship Health Clinic offers its patients assistance with free non-controlled prescriptions thanks to generous funding provided by United Way of Southeast Mississippi. Fellowship Clinic also assists patients in completing Prescription Assistance Program (PAPs) applications with pharmaceutical companies.

For individuals who are not patients of Fellowship Health Clinic, prescription assistance may be available through St. Vincent de Paul Community Pharmacy.

HOW TO GET FREE NON-NARCOTIC PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION:
  • Adults from Forrest and Lamar counties needing prescription assistance must be interviewed at a Client Eligibility Screening Day.
  • Visit How to Receive Services for full eligibility information.

WHAT TO BRING TO THE SCREENING DAY
  • Original prescriptions from your medical provider. We will not fill controlled drugs (narcotics).
  • Medicaid clients: You must bring a pharmacy printout showing the use of all five prescriptions allowed on Medicaid the previous month.
  • Photo ID: If ID does not have a Forrest or Lamar county address, bring proof of residency.
  • ALL health insurance cards.
  • Proof of income and expenses for the entire household.
